First day of school

Today was an exciting day! I got to meet my new fourth grade students. One day completed and I was able to remember each student's name.
Chris, Kayley, Aaliyah, Chase, Jonathan, Jerome, Anisha, Austin, Gabriel, Kareem, Jilian, Brett, Mark, Zachery, Ayanna, Dajor, Darren, Jimmy, and Nelson. I am so happy to have all 19 of you in my classroom. Hold on tight! Our fourth grade year has begun!

Mrs.Leifer i miss you so much .And guess what i planted my forget me not's in my nana's new yard at her new house! When i get up in the morning to water them i think about you.:(

I am a first year, 4th Grade, teacher. I was born and raised in Kansas City – the heart of America – and the nation’s barbeque-capitol! My husband and I moved to Maryland one year ago from Detroit, Michigan. Some of my favorite after school activities include: running with my dog, Edy, yoga, gardening, cooking, reading, photography, and traveling.
